Delivery Charges:

Orders under $50: $8 charge

Orders over $50: $4 charge

Orders over $150: Free of Charge

Distance fee: Any delivery over 30 miles away will be charged a $0.10 per mile fee in addition to the regular delivery fee. This distance is based on Google Maps from our store location at 15800 Detroit Ave, Lakewood, OH 44107.

Special delivery on a non-specified area day: $20 

This will only be done on a case by case basis if the delivery person can add you into the schedule.  No discount for large orders.


Delivery Times:

Deliveries will be made between the hours of 11am-8pm.  Please let us know ahead of time if you need a specific time slot.

Delivery Program:

Beginning April 1st, 2010 The Furry Nation

will be providing a delivery service.

Here’s how it works:

  1. ➡We will deliver to specific areas of Greater Cleveland each day of the week.

  2. ➡Please have your order in by 1pm the day before your delivery.

  3. ➡You may place your order by phone or by email.

  4. ➡After your order is placed we will send a detailed invoice to you via email by 4pm.  Please contact us immediately with any discrepancies.

  5. ➡An order is delivered to one house from one invoice with one payment method.  Please don’t ask to combine multiple orders from nearby homes as one order.

  6. ➡Orders must be paid by credit card on file.
